No. Most herbal preparations have very low toxicity, and those used for acne are gentler still, so applying them to the skin daily rarely causes irritation.

No. Once you have been given a prescription you simply apply it at home after cleansing, so a return visit is not necessary. When you have used it all, a repeat order can be placed by telephone.
